About the Convention
The mission of the Mongolian Contortion Convention is to share the traditional Mongolian art of flexibility with the world, while inspiring the next generation and providing professional contortionists a space to deepen their skills and knowledge.
As the event takes place in the motherland of contortion, participants will also experience key elements of Mongolian culture, including archery, wrestling, horse racing, and nomadic living.

Lkhagva Ochir
Erdene Ochir
Lkhagva-Ochir Erdene Ochir is an internationally acclaimed Mongolian circus artist who began training in contortion at the age of nine.
He has performed with Cirque du Soleil in both CRYSTAL and KOOZA, and has been awarded the Polar Star Medal as well as the title of Honoured Artist of Mongolia.
Acromongolia
AcroMongolia was founded by Lkhagva Ochir Erdene Ochir, a performer with Cirque du Soleil.
AcroMongolia is an entertainment and education platform dedicated to the long-term development of handstands, contortion, and stage performance, rooted in Mongolian artistic tradition. Its mission is to preserve and pass on the heritage of Mongolian contortion and circus to the next generation.
